The Bullring is the signature restaurant at the award winning Quality Resort Siesta.
The Siesta is not just another motel, but a resort for guests to experience a place so very different to what anyone would expect to find in rural New South Wales.
Very early on the Jones family, who have owned the property since 1983, decided their hotel would have a restaurant that celebrates the best of the region – particularly given their background in farming and butchery which dates back to the 1800s.
Whilst there are two restaurants onsite – the Cantina (located poolside and open over warmer months) it is the Bullring which offers the ultimate dining experience (where it was voted as having ‘best steaks in Albury’).
The décor has a distinct Argentinian influence with a full bar, grand piano and open grill.
